New-Style Remix Dinner at Kuro
Kuro (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood) will feature a dinner starring Executive Chef Alex Becker and celebrity chef Justin Warner. The multicourse dinner is designed by Becker and Warner and starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $200 per person and include after-party admission. Tickets for just the after-party are $95. Detox/Retox at Tap 42
Tap 42 (1411 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale) is hosting a Hatha Yoga class with crystal singing bowl meditation for their Detox/Retox event. The class is at 9 a.m. and costs $10 minimum donation with a $2 mat rental for those without mats. Fort Lauderdale Bar Crawl
Get your fill of Himarshee fun and drinks this Saturday. Kicking off at Tilted Kilt (219 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale), participants get seven free mixed drinks or beers at seven different stops along with free admission to Cyn nightclub all night long. Blue Point Brewery Toasted Tour
Bubier Park (32 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale) is a stop for the Blue Point Brewery Toasted Tour this Saturday. From 2 to 7 p.m., guests can enjoy bingo, games, and cooking demos along with seafood and beer pairings from celebrity chef Paula DaSilva. Of course, there will be plenty of Blue Point beer. Leap Year Event
Funky Buddha Brewery (1201 NE 38th St., Oakland Park) will be showcasing a slew of beers in honor of Leap Year on Monday. Starting at 11:30 a.m., beers include Last Snow, No Crusts, Love Below, Mexican Coffee, and more. Tap list subject to change. Prove you're born on February 29 and you've earned a free beer. Not-So-Mellow Bottomless Brunch
Stoner-themed Mellow Mushroom (525 N. Federal Hwy., Fort Lauderdale) will be offering its titled “Not-So-Mellow Bottomless Brunch” from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This includes bottomless mimosas, "manmosas," bloody marys, house sangria, and screwdrivers. There will also be a brunch menu featuring pretzel bites, a breakfast burger, and, of course, breakfast pizzas. The Not-So-Mellow Bottomless Brunch is also available on Saturdays.
