Christmas in July  Beer & Donut Pairing
Specialty Beer Cellar (5430 Military Trl., Jupiter) will provide guests with complimentary Jupiter Donuts with the purchase of beers on tap. Learn about pairing food and brews with St. Bernardus, Kasteel Rouge, and more. Christmas decorations, mistletoe, Santa hats, live jazz, Christmas music, and charity raffles will be featured. The Art of Food
Hampton Forks (185 E. Indiantown Rd., Jupiter) will allow guests to enjoy a five-course dinner and wine pairing. Simultaneously, Sarah LaPierre will paint a picture in front of attendees.

Beer Trade and Terrapin Brewing's Craft Grilled Cheese Pairing
Beer Trade Co. Cafe & Beer Lounge (145 NE Fourth Ave., Delray Beach) will host a beer and grilled cheese sandwich pairing starting at 7 p.m. Terrapin beers include Hi-5 IPA, Maggie's Peach Farmhouse Ale, Liquid Bliss Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter, and Hopsecutioner DIPA. 5th-Annual Boca Burger Battle Competition
Catch 19 local chefs duking it out at Sanborn Square Park (72 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton). Contenders include cooks from Saquella Café, Zinburger, Morton's Steakhouse, Tucker Duke's Lunchbox, Cabo Flats, and more. Attendees have the opportunity to vote "People's Choice" for the Best Boca Burger. Tickets for VIP admission cost $75, and general admission costs $50. Visit bocaburgerbattle.com.

Second-Annual Home Brew Competition
LauderAle (3305 SE 14 Ave., Fort Lauderdale) will host a beer brewing competition starting at 2 p.m. Featured categories include saison and multiple types of IPAs. Visit lauderale.co.

Bud Light Bar Olympics
Xtreme Action Park (5300 Powerline Rd., Fort Lauderdale) is hosting the Bud Light Bar Olympics. Here, teams of four can play games such as beer pong, darts, skeeball, quarters, wall hook, flip cup, and more. This starts at 1 p.m. and costs $120 per team. Visit southfloridaclubsport.com.

Not-So-Mellow Bottomless Brunch
Stoner-themed Mellow Mushroom (525 N. Federal Hwy., Fort Lauderdale) will be offering its “Not-So-Mellow Bottomless Brunch” from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This includes bottomless mimosas, "manmosas," bloody marys, house sangria, and screwdrivers. There will also be a brunch menu featuring pretzel bites, a breakfast burger, and, of course, breakfast pizzas. The Not-So-Mellow Bottomless Brunch is also available on Saturdays.
