Burlock Coast Anniversary
Burlock Coast (1 N. Lauderdale Florida, Fort Lauderdale) will celebrate its anniversary and launch its first farmers' market. Local venders will be featured, and there will be a DJ and a raffle. The farmers' market will occur on the second Saturday of every month starting at 9 a.m. There will also be an anniversary happy hour at 5 p.m. with $1 oysters and $6 specialty cocktails. Offerdahl’s Broward Health® Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival
Pompano Beach Amphitheater (1801 NE Sixth St., Pompano Beach) will host the John Offerdahl’s Broward Health® Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival starting at noon. Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar, Tapas is now offering weekend brunch at its Fort Lauderdale (4215 N. Federal Hwy.) and Coral Springs locations (5920 Coral Ridge Dr.). These specials are available every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Coral Springs location and every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Fort Lauderdale location. Cranksgiving Bike Ride/Scavenger Hunt
Do some good in the community with the Cranksgiving fundraising event for the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach, Inc. Attendees will bike to four area grocery stores to buy nonperishable items. These will fill Thanksgiving baskets for families in need. Participants will spend a minimum of $5 at each store and place the food in drop boxes there. This is a 14-mile trip which starts and ends at the Fish Depot Bar & Grille (511 NE Fourth St., Boynton Beach). Registration is $20.00. There will be Raffles and prizes for best dressed turkey rider. James Beard Dinner at Kuro
Kuro (One Seminole Way, Hollywood) will be offering a five-course tasting menu featuring the James Beard dinner offerings. This is available until November 14. Football Specials at Burger Bar
Burger Bar (4650 Donald Ross Rd., Palm Beach Gardens) will celebrate the NFL season with $14 domestic beer buckets, $18 imported beer buckets, and appetizer specials.
