New Times' Rocktober Concert Series at Gulfstream Park Begins Tonight

New Times has partnered with the new Village at Gulfstream Park shopping center in Hallandale Beach for a free concert series dubbed Rocktober featuring local artists every Thursday in October. Each show runs between 9 and 11 p.m. Tonight, the kickoff features blues act Juke and psychedelic rockers King Bee, both from Miami. In between performers, Scratch DJ Academy's DJ Son of Soul will keep the crowd moving. Plus, food and drink specials will be available at the ten bars and restaurants in the complex during each event.
