Local chef Robyn Almodovar always had a love for food and proved it while working at The Forge, Devito South Beach, and the Royal Palm Hotel.

Now she's showing off her culinary skills to a national audience as one of the 18 contestants on Season 10 of FOX's Hell's Kitchen, premiering Monday, June 4, 8pm EST.

In order to get the festivities rolling before the madness begins,

she'll be hosting a preview party from her new fresh mobile cafe, the "Palate Party" (voted the #3 food

truck in South Florida) along with the other mobile eats during Monday's

Food

Truck Invasion in Arts Park at Young Circle in Hollywood from

5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

There will be live entertainment and a champagne toast with the

chef, and Almodovar's food truck includes a stage, LED lights, and a flat screen TV that will broadcasting

the premiere Hell's Kitchen episode at 8pm.

Chef Almodovar knows how to make an entrance in South Florida; let's see

how she does in once she gets into Hell.
