Sometimes, it's the little things that really make a band's sound. Vocal harmonies, a little extra time in post-production, or a perfectly timed cracking of the voice can all make a song much better. In the case of Drop Dead, Gorgeous, it's not really any of the aforementioned things that make the group special. It's the simple fact it has the best-placed comma in band-name history. The other bands joining DD,G on the "Hot N' Heavy Tour" at Culture Room are He Is Legend and And Then There Were None. Both of these bands are completely comma-free, and that's a disappointment. If you couldn't care less about punctuation and instead are totally into metal with vocals screeched into pink microphones, by all means, head out to the show. The bands will be dropping enough blast beats and solos to make you exclamation mark in your pants.
