Weekend Update City Correspondent Stefon was back this weekend to tell us the newest and brightest night spots to visit for the holidays in New York City.

Though Seth Meyers wasn't too crazy about Stefon's first pick Heeeeeeey, which is owned by overweight television game show host Fat Sajak,we're going to check it out next time we're in the Big Apple. After all, who wouldn't want to party down in a club where the bouncer is a bulldog that looks like Wilfred Brimley and the password is diabetes?

If you're craving more of a holiday vibe, Stefon also recommended new hotspot Baaaaabadam, which features the Hanukkah cartoon character Menorah the Explorer and nightly showings of the movie A Fish Called Kwanzaa. It's all good, because all proceeds go to charity -- the anti-flaccid group Doctors Without Boners.

Watch after the jump:

Keep New Times Broward-Palm Beach Free... Since we started New Times Broward-Palm Beach, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering South Florida with no paywalls.
